Pools Beach

Pools Beach is one of the 11 beaches that beautify the coast of the town of Rincón. Located at the western end of the Puntas beach area, the beach is a favorite option for families with children or adults looking for a bit of privacy.

Pools Beach offers a fairly quiet and protected area for swimming and plenty of space to play in the sand, as well as excellent snorkeling among other water activities.

The name of this beach refers to the small “posita” that is formed on the right side. It is good for surfing in certain seasons of the year and for sunbathing. From this beach you can clearly witness Desecheo Island. To get to the beach, you will have to go down a small slope without steps or pavement.

At the eastern end of the beach, there is a rocky point that separates Pools Beach from Sandy Beach. Once you reach the beach, you will see a path on the left where you can walk to Plaza de España and if you continue to the right you will see Domes Beach. On the right, there is a rocky point that separates Pools Beach from Sandy Beach.

The beach has no sanitary or recreational facilities. Parking is limited to its surroundings. There are food businesses nearby.
